Every day, as part of my Miracle Morning, I read positive affirmations. Those affirmations change according to what’s been going on in my life. They evolve with me, and I add some, or remove others, in order to have a more hopeful view on things.
Today, I want to share with you my current favorite positive affirmations. Maybe you’ll find something you like and can use in your own life 🙂 And feel free to pin them as a reminder!
The first affirmations I read out loud every morning are to remind myself of my inner strength. I never want to forget about every thing that I can do:
Then, I remember that I’m improving, step by step and that I will NOT give up:
Since I’m on a weight loss and fitness journey, it’s important for me to recall how and why I’m doing it:
After that, I read some positive affirmations about money, because who doesn’t want more, right?
And I end it by reflecting on Alex’s presence in my life and the great team we make:
I read all those affirmations AT LEAST twice before moving on to the visualization part of the Miracle Morning. And as I said, they change throughout the year. This is my third list! Because we are human and we evolve 🙂
